How about PPUK crowd funding? I'm sure Brum must have many derelict treasures, Hagley road use to haves a selection of derelict period mansions, occupied by squatters.... ouch, just checked google street view, obviously not important enough, now ubiquitous modern 'architecture'.

Yes Mattice, they were demolished very recently and replaced with a poor mock arts and crafts retirement home. A councillor for the area described objectors and conservationists as middle class idiots! There is no hope. That is the default position for this poor city. Smash and build, new is best, give us money money money, FORWARD, FORWARD FORWARD, running at the speed of light in the wrong direction. The Peter principle is that people are promoted to their level of incompetence, the Dilbert principle is that idiots are promoted straight to management, and it must be the Brummagen principle that only the crassest morons are elected into local government.
