It's interesting how 'technical' clothing has been revolutionised by the use of breathable membranes, notably Goretex, in the past couple of decades and that pretty much everyone accepts what a good thing it is to allow such garments to 'breathe' for the comfort and well-being of the occupant. Yet, when it comes to houses the general approach to any damp-related problem is still to liberally coat things with impervious gunk.

Well yes, I read it very thoroughly. However I was a bit worried about the bit that said:

中华人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例

I had no intention of setting fire to the Kit-Kat, but in view of this notice I wondered whether I was meant to.

Well yes, I read it very thoroughly. However I was a bit worried about the bit that said:

中华人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例

I had no intention of setting fire to the Kit-Kat, but in view of this notice I wondered whether I was meant to.

You only have to worry about that if the duty hasn't been paid and they have been imported illegally into the Peoples Republic. As far as I know these were perfectly legal kit kats.

Don't knock it till you've tried it :lol: There is a possibility that there may be a very special supply run of exotic kit kats coming to the UK just after Chinese New Year. Assuming I can make it past the customs officers with my cargo intact there may be some treats available.
