If you want to watch a programme about Vampires I recommend all 3 series of Being Human on DVD - or the latest ones on iPlayer if they're still there.
Cracking stuff and no tedious goths.

I couldn't agree more - the second series wasn't so good, but the first and third are great - and I am in mourning that the third has ended!

On the subject of real life - have just bought some ring-necked pheasant hatching eggs from eggbay - should arrive just as the goslings hatch (6/8 candled). I love pheasants... these are just to release and not eat. The fox will probably do that.

Turkey eggs turned out to be dud.

Any other period fowl suggestions for my incubator (please don't suggest any of your fancy chickens with big hairdos and legwarmers though!) ?
