Thought you guys would like to know Mrs Wobs gave birth to our second child. Girl, 8lb 4oz.

Both are doing well.

All need some sleep.

First born is doing better than the rest of us on that front.

Congratulations, in contrast to period properties babies eventually grow out of their damp problems, so no need to lime plaster the poor little mite, although installing a temporary damp proof membrane over the absorbent layer might be a good plan.

Little one has a fairly traditional name. None of your alternative type names.

She's been fantastic so far (tempting fate here). With much sleeping, and looking cute.

Work on the house has stopped for now, and I feel more relaxed than at any time this year.
