Pebbledash removal companies South East London / Croyodon

Hi all,

I previously recently added a post "Quote For pebbledashing", which and received helpful feed back which I was grateful for, following on from this specialist company or trades person that could do the removal and rendering, based in South East London / Croydon areas or do work in this location.

Companies that I have looked at so far are (listed in order of the cheapest to the most expensive)

Just to recap, I have a property built around the 1820's, which has pebbledasing, it’s become apparent more so in the recent weather that the wall are not water tight and the pebble dashing needs to be replaced

Horrible job. We have quotes of about 2k to rough cast a large gable in lime. 30% smaller than your job. No hacking. I reckon 3k would be fair for render removal and non lime re-render on your place. But, I don't know the southeast factor to be applied.
