Can anyone explain what this is? I have tried googling it without success!
All I know is that it is a type of wood fibre board.

Thanks Biff--- just another condensation busting product then--- very new onto the market it seems--at least there is potentially some damage limitation to existing plasterwork in listed buildings. Hmmmm needs thinking about.

It is only new to the UK market, it has been used for ages in Europe and especially Switzerland and Germany and performs very well. There are many different ways and combinations of these products imported by NBT

I like the curtain wall systems for commercial builds as they are nicer to use than some of the others out there.

For new builds it's probably very good, but for repairs to period properties I'm a bit worried about the installation criteria:-

Insulation for dry areas (not suitable in rooms with constantly high humidity)
External wall must be sufficiently protected against driving rain
No rising damp within the structural element
Only above DPC level

I wonder how many period buildings can satisfy all of those.
