If you have small rooms, especially if you have parquet and a lot of heave and thus your floor resembles a golf course, then hiring a walk around belt sander like the HT8 is pointless.
You will just create gouge after gouge, you would be better off just hiring an edge sander, a dual action orbital and possibly a screeder, but really you might as well just do the whole thing on your hands and knees.
