Think we have damp issues in some specific areas as we had a gypsum skim plaster a month ago and they are still not dry. They are slowly drying out now we have a dehumidifier.
Are we better off painting a damp proof/ seal paint of some kind on the fresh plaster, or a breathable clay paint so that the moisture can escape?
