Painting cottage bedroom

Hello, has anyone had any experience of using F&B Borrowed Light? It says it's a suitable bedroom colour, and I'm looking for something blue (ish) for a cottage bedroom currently that is all Pointing (including the sloping ceilings). I thought Borrowed Light for the walls. But then what about the ceiling and woodwork? Any suggestions welcomed. New Year's Resolution to get it decorated before the weather improves and I want to spend my time in the garden.

I don't really believe that anyone can make colour choices for you. Colour is so subjective and so personal - in my view only you can know what you like.

So go on! Buy a few matchpots and play with the colour ideas. I'm sure you'll reach your own conclusion.

Penners is right of course!
I've no experience of using "Borrowed Light" but I think it looks like a lovely colour on the chart. Farrow and Ball think it will go well with "All White", I think so too.

Here's FnB's "Skylight" in our bedroom - a shade or two stronger, paired with "Tallow" and "Skylight" on the woodwork - and "Wimbourne White" on the ceiling. As a rule, I use a brighter white for the ceiling, and then a different, slightly darker white for skirting and other woodwork - it's all down to just what you like though, you might want wrap around blue. Borrowed Light is a lovely colour, I used the eggshell finish for the kitchen units and emulsion on the walls in our previous house. I am very hooked on Sea Lavender, Fired Earth at the moment.It seems to have a restful quality about it. Needs about a week to dry into its true colour, so try a test piece first.

Ladies, thank you for your advice and views, and Jose, for the pictures. Inspired I have spent the afternoon wrestling with curtain making for the bedroom - a project started last Winter - but my sewing machine has decided it doesn't like sewing through the thickness of the interlining and has ground to a halt. That's 1890s technology for you. And so soon after the nice Mr Chippet and Mr Chippet (father and son) had lovingly returned it to working order, and I'd only just mastered the treddling action.
