No comment or stipulation was made to them in the adjudication. Several years down the line the lower coats are complete and we have teased the village with small patches from "wild" sample pots. There has been comment from the neighbours on the mischievious colours, but no contact from the CO, how has passed the property while dealing with other projects in the vicinity.
