I am doing a piece for a surveyors journal about public web discussion forums. I know of a couple, but would be interested to hear of those you may have come across and visited and what you think about them.

Why Public discussion forums?
And what type of forums?
Are you talking about general chat or ones with specific topics?
I use (not often) a commercal run forum
And a finacial/money saving forum. now and again.
But I find this one (for me) is the best............

Sorry should have made it clear that I meant property related discussion forums.

I am interested in finding out what the property owning public use to get information. I intend to review the various sites as a professional and report to RICS members with the intention that some may then become involved, as I do here. This can be of some help to others when we can impart useful information, but it also helps us to learn from property owners what does/does not work, what problems they have, etc, etc.

Does that help you understand my interest better?
