A bit meaningless since to most people I suspect "Georgian property" will just have meant "modern house with plastic columns", if the standard of architectural description in the article is anything to go by:
"It might be Georgian, with its neo-classical stylings and clean, symmetrical lines. Or it could be Victorian - all about cornicing, bay windows and patterned brickwork."

Can I confess to being more of a "location location location" sort of person, than any one particular style of property sort of person? Really as long as there's enough space for elephants and it's not too far to get a pink of milk and a bag of carrots all is well.

Yes, but she brings the regular stuff straight from the cows ( and I only like low fat pastuerised ) and he brings rather tough old carrots ( and I like little nibbly ones ), you just can't get the staff these days :lol:
