I posted on here previously regarding a battle with dry rot. I've been at it for around 3 months now and no matter what I do, it just keeps growing back on the brickwork. I've got through 10 liters of masonry biocide, trying to kill off but no matter what I do it just keeps coming back. What puzzles me is that it's very very dry in the sub floor. I just can't figure out how it's still growing.
There's nothing growing on any of the timber at all, it always comes back on the masonry, on the same patch of wall, which is a party wall to the adjoining property which is near the front door. I scrape it off, treat the wall with biocide and within 3-4 weeks there will be small bits of fluffy white mycelium coming through the mortar joints.
Is there anything else st all anyone could suggest? I can only think it's feeding off something in the adjoining property (which is now empty). Picture of the white fluff attached, you can see it to the left thanks
