No it's not mine - but Rachel is a TR Register friend who deserves some support for this new venture on her own, and it looks fun and a lovely house! She used to run the tea rooms at a mill not far from you, then another tea rooms not far from you... before starting up in the B and B trade, at North Luffenham. Torquay is the latest though, and I wish her every success.

I think the TR3A might belong to the Jeanes family, long time friends, and the Camb Followers Group report in the latest TR Action says:

Some of us travelled to Devon to see honorary ex-Follower Rachel at her quirky guest house numberninetorquay. Wow. That girl knows how to cook.

So folks - looks like a great deal of interest in the area for Period Property lovers!

Rachel has many years hotel and catering experience, having been head housekeeper at the Compleat Angler Hotel in Marlow, the London Clinic and on the Hebridean Princess cruise ship. She has also run two successful tea rooms and regularly bakes cakes for the Stamford Arts Centre.

Well, no longer as she's not near Stamford - but she does bake exceedingly good cakes!
