Non standard bathroom locks

Does anyone know of a supplier of bathroom locks that are non standard. I need the spindle position to be at 72 mm. I can find plenty with a backset position as 72mm as standard but its the spindle that needs to be at 72 mm. The backset would be 104 ish if the spindle is at 77 mm. I have rung tens of places...help please

Do bathrooms need locks? Isn't a closed door with a cheery song coming from behind it enough to ward off most intruders?
