Simon - the new Agony Uncle articles are excellent. They probably cover something like half the problems that crop up regularly on the forum.
Do you think it would be an idea to post a "sticky" at the top of the forum index, recommending people to look at the Agony Uncle articles before they ask their question? It could be called something like: "Your question may already have been answered".
By the way, I think my sticky on HIPs is probably past its sell-by-date, don't you? Most of the responses say exactly the same thing!
