Simon - there's a huge resource of advisory articles there, covering a considerable proportion of the topics that most often arise on the forum.
I think many of us tend to forget about the Agony Uncle section of the website when we read questions from new posters. Speaking for myself, I must try to remember to direct people to relevant AU articles, where appropriate.
