Hi,
The house attached to our grade 2 listed has been sold at auction and is in a derelict state. The new owner has obviously started work and knocking off old plaster etc on the party wall. I have taken internal photos of my house and may take external ones to prove that all my walls are good - no cracks.
Whilst I appreciate and am happy that the property in going to be renovated do I need to advise my insurance company or the council that the house next door is having a full restoration project including floors ceiling walls and roofs to name a few.
