I use flour from the mill at Little Salkeld Watermill Cumbria. Unbeatable.

I have won prizes at country shows for pastry made from it! You canna whack real flour.

Now I wonder why you aren't shouting from the rooftops the joys of real flour? And porridge etc...

But the watermill at Little Salkeld I adore - smashing people, good caff, and the best organic flour ever.

This will be unmissable!

Why anyone would wish to slag off SAVE I know not, we do our best under difficult circumstances! I Even the Leader of the Tory party is now embroiled in fighting the good fight against Pathfinders. He was shown around on Monday during the visit of the Shadow Cabinet to Liverpool. And the DCMS Commons Select Committee currently investigatiing heritage issues is to make a visit to Liverpool.

And go buy a Span Four! We've worked very hard for a long time on that one! I love that station... nearly as good as Newcastle Central.
