Missing canopy hood for Edwardian fireplace

I’d love your help! I recently replaced a modern gas fireplace with one I found at a local market but it looks as though the canopy hood is missing.

I know nothing about fireplaces or styles so don’t really know where to start in looking for a replacement part. I just really liked the simplicity of this design versus some much more ornate ones I saw. I’ve added a couple of photos below and would welcome any ideas on how to track down a matching / complementary hood. Thank you!

Finding a local blacksmith / metal fabricator and getting one made would be the easiest option.

The sizings of these fireplaces aren’t standardised so the likelihood of finding an existing one that fits are pretty low

Bear in mind you might need to take it out again to attach the hood
