Hi
New here so please bear with me.
I own and live in a late Georgian detached property. Some time after it was built, a two storey front porch was added. Later still (I think) it has been pebble-dashed. It has subsequently been changed, patched, repaired etc and is currently a dog's dinner.
After much discussion and multiple different opinions we are now trying to get the cementitious (I think) pebble dash removed and then have it traditionally lime rendered.
I finally received planning approval (London Borough of Richmond-Upon-Thames) in mid-2017. I live near Kingston. No fewer than three different contractors have now let me down in my attempto to get the job done.
So my question is: does anyone know a competent contractor who might be able to undertake this work in 2018, preferrably by the summer? I can provide more details, photos, planning approval docs etc as necessary.
Many thanks for reading this far.
Happy New Year.
Cheers - Mark
