Looking for 9 x 9 quarry tiles

Hi,
Having thus far failed to locate something suitable for our kitchen floor, thought I would widen the net and see if anyone here has any ideas.
What we want is 9x9 hand made, unglazed quarry tiles about 1.5 inch thick. We are happy to consider new or reclaim, but need quite a few, around 400.
Any suggestions welcome.

Plenty on ebay, although the quality is variable, and of course the thickness.

I picked up two hundred 8x8" which are a lot harder to find, for about £140. And then spent four days cleaning the cinder/clunch/lime backing off them.
