We are planning to use it for the repairs on the exterior of our house. As we have to join on to earlier plaster we don't have the opportunity to add an extra insulation layer so this seemed like a good idea. We have done a trial area and were pleased that it mixes quickly and evenly and more importantly is lightweight and goes on well and quickly. The plasterers were very keen on it, the time saving was more than enough to outweigh the materials cost, so definitely worth thinking about if you are paying your plasterers in hard cash. The equation might not stack up so well if you are DIYing and not costing your time
Thanks for that Livias. I'm also considering it for some external repairs and met with Martin Brown (the director) recently. He certainly seemed to know his stuff.
They have to send to you direct, at least in my case. Worked out pretty expensive for the initial 5 bags I was considering (over £30), so am having to rethink using it.
