Hi,
I've had a very old delapidated part of my house rebuilt using modern materials (posted on here about it some time ago..) but would like to give it a lime render externally to match the old part of the house.
The company that's supplied the lime render for the old parts of the house sells a product which they say would do the job, but I'm running out of money and can't really afford it, and wonder whether I could make something myself.
Does anyone know how lime render behaves on modern blockwork? What kind of lime would be best, I assume either NHL2 or NHL3.5?
Thanks
