About three years ago I had a bespoke "den" made for my garden - see details on the following web page (you will need to scroll down a bit)
http://www.egcc.biz/buildings/kfla/p-w%20shedCSS.htm
The roof is flat, dipping in the middle and angled down slightly to form a channel for the water, which runs off into a downpipe. It was made of laminated flexiply, covered in roofing felt applied without molten asphalt.
I am getting quite bad leakage around the point where the water runs into the downpipe. I need to fix this to avoid the structure rotting. I would also like, in due course, to install a green roof (ie have plants on it - it is too shady to take a solar panel).
Guy Bagshawe, who made the den for me, is a great guy, but he is not a roofer by profession and he did all the work himself. I am hoping he will fix it for me, but it would be helpful to know what the best technical solution might be before I have further conversations.
