Hi,
My Edwardian Lodge has nice original leaded windows. Clearly over the years various home decorators have painted further and further onto the lead beading when repainting.
Even though my current decorator is highly skilled he cant make up for wobbly paint lines on the lead beading from previous people. What i am left with is a nice straight white line (from my current painter) and wobbly off white paint showing on the lead. Obviously i dont want my painter to paint all the lead white.
Is there any product that either removes paint from lead OR is close to the right colour for me to paint onto the lead.
Any thoughts / suggestions?
Paint striper *might* work - but i have just had the whole house repainted so i dont want to risk spoiling the new paint.
Thanks to all who reply.
Chris
