Looks great! Done by the end of the year?! Then you get a while of enjoying it in its "finished" state (apart from those bits that you never got around to finishing) until the endless rounds of maintenance begin!

Looks lovely! reminds me that I want to do something with our Georgian attic space, but it is low down the list right now... plus it wouldn't have much head height, or adequate joists, or stairs... it can wait!!

We wont be selling this one - its our forever house (our kids can sell it if they want !)
But we are looking for another project - we are selling our "weekday" house, and downsizing - so looking for a project in Cardiff (flat in the city - house in the country - has always been our plan)
suckers for punishment!!!
