Yup. The Stanley and Culross buildings are to be sacrificed - Adam did an article in Grand Designs earlier this year - and the gasometers are not being put back in their rightful place etc etc.
The two buildings should and could be re-used - as they were built as artisan's dwellings they could be re-used as low cost housing...
I may have a pic, if not I'll get some tomorrow possibly.

Its report says: "We are persuaded that it is acceptable because of the substantial benefits for the community that will flow from the new development."
