Hi might be a basic question for you and im sorry if so. Ive just mixed a bag of hydrated lime and water in a 60litre drum in order to store away for a few months. The issue is that ive managed to put a little too much water in and after mixing its more yoghurt than cream cheese.
To rectify this do i need to buy more lime and add it or will the 'yoghurt' settle down and i can then pour off the excess water to reveal a cream cheese?
