Hi, new to the forums, so looking forward to joining in and asking lots of questions :wink:

Just about to embark on a reasonable sized project with this house, that needs a certain amount of renovation. Really want to keep the character of the house, whilst at the same time making it comfortable to live in. Will start other threads on questions I have, but in meantime here's a little pic of the house in question
