Putting in a new back door to match existing front door which has a small pane of wibbly-wobbly single glazed glass 12" x 9". Building not listed but building control involved as this is part of a new-build kitchen extension. So want a ledged, butt and bead stable door with a single pane of glass in the top half.
Would prefer to have single glazed glass in the door but have a feeling there is a maximum size this can be before building regs require it to be double-glazed? Anyone know what is the maximum size I can have for a single glazed pane in a door?
Thanks, Vicky
