About to start re-decorating the kitchen. A job I had intended to start at the beginning of the year before the broken leg incident.
I need to fill the cracks and gaps. It's a modern extension and there are unsightly gaps where the beams over the windows meet the wall plaster and again where the beam over the fireplace meets the ceiling. The plaster has shrunk back from the wood. What's the best way to fill these? I have a feeling that if I just use pollyfilla the same thing will happen again. Could I use decorator's caulk in a syringe/gun or whatever those things are called? Plaster is all modern stuff.
Thank you. Vicky
