Today was one of the best days this year in my neck of the woods and driving back into town at 2.30 this afternoon I was greeted by Thaxted windmill in full flight with the sails at full speed across the Golden wheat fields. Brilliant! Even had the SPAB mills flag up inside.

The pity was I had just purchased a new camera but it had no charge!!!!

A glorious day here too, perfect for sailiing. Unfortunately I was clambouring around on scaffolding repairing my roof. Still, good weather for that too, after all the recent rain.

Memory cards are so cheap nowadays, it's really worth making sure you always carry a spare.

I've just bought a 1GB Compact Flash card for £10, inclusive of p&p!

If only I could supplement my own memory as easily.
