Hello Everybody!
We have just had our offer accepted on an old farmhouse in Mid-Wales. A neighbour told us today that occasionally, when the weather is very wet, a spring comes up in the utility room, which is in the adjoining stone barn not in the main house. Has anyone ever had this problem and solved it? Or does anyone have any ideas on how one might solve it?
Sue
Thank you for all of your earlier suggestions on how I might work out the age of the house, Based on what I have read, I think that it was built around 1850.
