How not to present your house to viewers

We had an amusing viewing of our property on Monday. The scenario is as follows:
9 am late getting up after weekend guests
Husband gets bacon and egg going
son burns toast
I strip beds and chuck laundry down the stairs
9.30 estate agent phones for viewing at 10.30
Daily help arrives and we split the duties to get straight.
Labrador chucks up on hall carpet
Border collie rolls in something unmentionable outside and comes in reeking of fox.
10.30 a family of four arrive, two teenagers with attitude plus estate agent---------
I leave the rest to your imagination.

Well... believe it or not, our dear old dog, Daisy (RIP), decided that we should all revisit her dinner shortly before the purchasers of our last house made their second inspection.

You've never seen the Shout Carpet Cleaner and the Haze Air Freshener deployed with such superhuman speed.

They still bought the house!
