How long is Alan going to have stay up there, holding the roof up? He'll be OK for the nest few months, but come October I suggest you pass up an overcoat for him.

We are really lucky as we've got a reliable, honest builder on the job with us - we hope to be in by summer (yes, this year)
Even though budget got smashed to bits because every timber in the place was riddled with woodworm - we are still really excited about it
