anyone watching this? the first people didnt get a solicitor involved when buying a property even though they were spending 200 odd grand and now they are having a motorway built in their garden , the second lot converted a barn and paid no attention what so ever to a no light and air contract written up with their neighbours , they then refused to speak with them about it and now have a large wall 6 inches away from their bedroom windows , and they still refuse to talk it over with their neighbours.
this is so much better than location location or house in the country.

OK, perhaps not deliberate. But some may say inevitable!

Well, fair comment, Feltwell - up to a point. But with the football there was always a chance (however remote!) that you end up overjoyed, rather than annoyed.
