I'd love to able to draw buildings and parts of them more acurately for both business and pleasure.

Anyone know of any courses on architectural drawing? Correspondence or close(ish) to Stourbridge. Or is it just CAD these days?

The Prince of W has a drawing school - but not alas Stourbridge.

But I bet you'll find evening classes and after that it's a matter of hard work really. I must take it up again! Although I think maybe my trusty camera is easier these days. Historic buildings make great subjects.

Yup. I'm hoping that some of his pics will be part of an exhibition I'm helping to organise for SAVE next spring.

Many former SPAB scholars are talented artists however, and the SPAB is currently selling a set of postcards featuring them.


Ptolemy D is also the great expert on Soane of course.
