Help with Joists

Hello All
last time i had a problem i posted about my joists under the back door.

On Saturday i fixed joist with the pink lines and found out that the other joists with yellow lines are also rotten.
i found that the part of the joist that sits on teh wall is rotten and crumbling.
i used a bower beam to fix the first joist and they haev all been treated with boron for fungal and rotting.

i have some questions if you can help

Should i sister (side by side) some meter long joists and put them into the wall under the step and cut away the rotten bit that is current?
from what i can see the existing joists support the step so i assume i need to put somethign in there place like the new joist ends.
the joist on the right seesm to be supporting the step on the right hand side.

i read people saying make sure the new joists are wrapped ni damp proof course will this work?
should i bolt the joists together for strength
how far apart should the bolts be?
is there a washer i should use between the joists?
how should i support the joists while im working on them to make sure they end up level?

help anyone please its getting cold and i want to fix, insulate and put my floor back down..

It's only an opinion but I really doubt the step was supported on the joists. Can you put the mortar the bricks between the joists to support the step on the bricks instead? I had one rotten joist, and I got some aluminium angle, as deep as the joist and half as wide, cut the end of the joist off, and screwed a new end on attatched with the angles. In my case the angles were 3 x 1.5" and I drilled holes on a triangular fashion down the side and put coach screws through. It seemed neat and strong so I was happy. There may be other ways though.

Come to think of it I think you are right, there are actually bricks in front under it so its supported I different places.
I will however put some bricks and pack with slate to support where the joist once was.

I will use more of the steal beams that I made.
I am cutting of the end to dry wood and treating the cuts with boron.
Then I bolt the steal to the joist and it sits in the wall so the wood does not touch.
I will need some small pieces to sit up to the wall, I will soak these in boron before screwing those in.

It kind of feels really gratifying knowing I fixed this myself.
