Help for first time buyers?

Hello, I just bought my first house and I don’t have much money left to be honest. After paying 10% deposit, stamp duty and solicitors fees I don’t have much left for furniture.

I have found a company currently looking for some funds and they give some good deals in return but I’m not sure?

However it looks like they are working on an interesting project that could help out first time buyers when it comes to furnishing it. I’m considering of supporting them.
