Good morning,
I am a long time lurker here having lurched from one period property to another by accident more than choice over the years. My latest project is quite a grand Georgian house in North Devon that although looks impressive has had the heart and soul ripped out by architectural vandals in the 1980's and 1990's. Sadly it will never become what it once was but in making it habitable I'm trying to be as sympathetic as I can with what I have. Just as a taster for you all the lovely old sashes have been replaced with nasty gold lined upvc, the external render has been replaced with cement, no covings or mouldings are left, all the fire places have been ripped out and bricked up and as a result it is riddled with damp.
Not all things are bad, here is the view from the roof;

I'm happy to provide photos as I go along if anyone is interested, but to start I'm struggling to identify this skirting board, I need to replace two rotten sections and can't find the profile anywhere, I initially thought large regency but it's not quite right. its 220cm high 30 cm thick.

Any help in identifying this profile would be most gratefully received.
