I get zillions of spam e-mails but this one caught my eye before I hit the delete key. Maybe I'll go into business with this guy if someone could just explain what he is selling:

Incidentally - I'm always impressed at the targetted nature of the spam I receive. I mean how do they know I want an online degree, a rolex watch, viagra, diet pills and a penile extension implant, all whilst I am working from home earning more in a month than most people earn in a year?
