Currently the subject of much debate over the developers plans. And then it catches fire.... maybe I'm just suspicious.

It's a well-known fact that the flashpoint of building materials reduces in direct proportion to the increase in development potential of the site.

Or, in the case of a property in Ampthill which 'collapsed' due to the weight of the brick lorries as they rumbled along. That was during the '70's when the back of a house on the main street had been demolished, leaving just the facade. The facade was listed and the site stood empty for 10 years when oopsadaisy--I really could not believe the excuse! There now stands a nasty modern infill.
