How is that done? Do they build a perfectly ordinary brick wall, and cut away everything except the raised carvings? Or are the bricks actually made with the moulded design already in relief on their face?
If the latter, it must be an incredibly difficult job to make sure the whole thing fits together perfectly - even after firing.
