My ersatz Period garage is at last nearing the point of occupation - ribbon, cake, champagne - and one of the final tasks will be to paint the concrete floor so it doesn't dust and break up.
It's 33 years since last I did this with some sort of two-pack that's doubtless been deemed daaaangerous! I went to a local builders' merchants this morning where I could find nothing better than bog-standard floor paint and nothing to remove the oil which has already dripped onto the floor from the cars that I've parked in there.
Any recommendations for a durable coating?
The surface is trowelled slab, no screed.
