Forum keeps disappearing

I just posted a long message, pressed Submit, and was told the Forum wasn't reachable. I tried Ping and Traceroute, and got the "not there" reply.
It's happened several times in the past few days. Do we need to send a shilling for the gas meter?

I've not noticed any problems. Perhaps you were just unlucky enough to coincide with some maintenance work by the website or the perhaps the hosting company if your pings failed.

Also had no problems, although it can take a lonnnng time from pressing Submit to anything actually happening.
I always copy my post, by highlightlng and Copy, so if it vanishes I can just Paste it back and have another go.
