The walking table was quite quirky but I thought the expanding one was wonderful - a real work of art.

Well I don't think much of that.

Imagine proudly carrying the Sunday roast through to the dining room, only to find that your bl@@dy table's gone off for a stroll.

A friend of ours already has a version of the expanding one, albiet rather smaller and less ornately veneered.

They're both extremely ingenious ideas.
