sadly due to unforeseen circumstances clipper cottage is for sale. when we bought it house prices were pretty much at their lowest and we will be selling it for the amount it cost us so its pretty much a bargain.
so , if any of you guys know of someone looking for an unlisted 16c cottage as a project in the Suffolk area this may be ideal. pm me for more details.

It's such a shame that you're having to sell it, but I'm sure it would make it easier to bear if you could know it will be taken on by someone who'd respect the building in the same way as you would have done. So the more info you provide us with, the more we'll all have to pass around suitable friends and acquaintances.

selling for a number of reasons but its really no biggie , a bit gutting but a fresh start as well so not that bad.
i shall get some recent pics loaded up as soon as i can and give you a good description of the cottage so you can get a gist of what its like.
