Hi All,
Just thought I'd share with you the finished Snug after finding the very unstable wall and a bricked up fireplace.[ATTACH type="full" alt="Finished Snug Fireplace.

We're putting open bookcases up on the end wall surrounding the radiator and will put some pictures up in a few months once the lime plaster has cured properly. The paint used was Earthborn Mittens (claypaint and eggshell). The claypaint went on top of about 3 coats of limewash but did need 2 coats to properly coat the wall.
So, thanks to everyone for all the much needed and taken advice!
