Very nice, but what a price tag for a 3-bed house and a rough bit of land! Seems like Devon is getting as expensive as Cornwall these days.

That is lovely, I particularly like the arch to the porch.

Incidentally, I see the fireplaces in living room and one bedroom are just rentangular holes in a plastered wall with an unplastered wooden lintel. I've seen this style a few times now, is it a recent fashion or is that a traditional fireplace? I'm not sure why, but it looks a little out of place.
